Taking a break from school – life is wonderful! We’re all in full swing of making gifts for each other. There’s sewing and digital paper crafting, cardboard crafts and baking. Plus we were recently given the game “Skip-Bo” and have had many happy games the past few weeks.
I’ve also nearly finished my third pair of knitted socks. I love doing these. I need to branch out now and find another pattern. I will say that I felt confident enough with this pair that I downsized the pattern on my own, and they turned out great.
I’ve been taking pictures of some of the things I’m making so I can share with you in the coming weeks some simple homemade gifts. Aren’t homemade gifts the best? With a little thought you can even get your little ones to make homemade gifts that people actually enjoy receiving.
