I have so many good books on the go right now. I’m reading Peace Child by Don Richardson. It’s an excellent missionary story about a couple who took the gospel to a tribe in New Guinea who were still living as they had for millennia. Then I’m also reading The Illustrious Prince by Philip Openheim on my Kindle (a free Kindle book). Finally I just started a book today called A House in the Sky by Amanda Lindhout and Sara Corbett.

16-year-old daughter – Little Women by Lousia May Alcott. She decided to re-read this story because she was so disappointed with the “March Family Letters”. She says it is even better than she remembered, and she likes Laurie and Amy better this time – they may even be her favourite couple.

15 and 13-year old sons – The boys are visiting my parents this weekend so they’re not here for me to ask them what they’ve been reading. ☺

11-year-old daughter – Divergent by Veronica Roth

9-year-old daughter – New Year’s Eve Thieves by Ron Roy

7-year-old son – Curious George by H.A. Rey

4-year-old son – Flip and the Morning by Wesley Dennis. This little horse is so sweet, but he’s disturbing everyone’s sleep. Willie the goat thinks he has a solution. Will it work?

2-year-old son – Sheep in a Jeep by Nancy Shaw. These sheep are too funny. They can never stay out of a mess, but they do always clean it up. This book is fun to read out loud, but can be a tongue twister at times.

Do you ever read more than one book at a time?
